Terms & Condition:

• ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

• Supplier: each product in your order is sold only by us
• Order acceptance: our acceptance of your order will take place when we notify you of our acceptance in writing by email or mobile messages. 
• Payment: by placing an order, you authorize us to process your credit/debit card details of the amount of your product we accept payment by: 

• Credit/ debit card
• Via bank transaction 

• Cancelling order: you may cancel your order within 24hours and refund your payment. In case of late cancelation all charges of shipping, storage, packing, maintenance (if applicable), and inspection will be reduced from the paid amount. 

Our duty will end when we deliver to one of approved shipping companies. 

• Our cancellation: we may cancel the delivery in case of any banking transaction issue, or the country destiny is not in our area of work. 
• Inspection: all the products will be inspected before any delivery

• DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

• Delivery costs: the cost of delivery will be displayed to us for any delivery inside UAE, for outside UAE delivery the cost of delivery will be displayed to you. 
• Delivery Period: within 21 working days for outside UAE, and 3 working days for inside the UAE

• TITLE TO PRODUCTS: a product will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we proceed for the delivery. 

• RETURNS:  our products are non-returnable products after the delivery

• REFUND: after 24h from the payment we reduce all the costs and refund the balance, if the product delivered, we don’t accept to return and no refund in this case.
